Vision Program — A Course, Not a Subscription

Chronic and degenerative eye conditions require sustained support to assess properly. We structure the Vision Program as a course — a defined number of sessions run at a consistent frequency, with a formal re-evaluation at week 8. Patients who complete the course and follow home protocols rarely require ongoing treatment at the same frequency.

This is a participation model, not a retention model. The goal is to give your body the sustained pattern-level support it needs to respond — then step back.

Initial Evaluation

Initial Examination + First Treatment: $200. Applied to your Vision Program package fee if you proceed. The initial evaluation includes Five-Wheels eye examination, tongue and pulse assessment, health history review, ophthalmology records review, and the first acupuncture session. Approximately 90 minutes.

Telemedicine — Herbal Follow-Up

Established patients may continue herbal medicine follow-ups via telemedicine:

  • Initial telemedicine consult (45 min): $150 — herbs separate ($125–$200/month)
  • Follow-up herbal exam (established patients): $75

Initial evaluation for the Vision Program requires an in-clinic visit at our Oceanside or San Diego location.

Treatment Frequency

Most Vision Program patients are seen twice per week during the initial course. Patients who travel for this work may schedule up to two sessions per day with appropriate rest intervals between sessions.

Payment and Insurance

  • Cash-based practice — no insurance accepted
  • HSA and FSA accepted
  • Superbills provided upon request for possible self-pay reimbursement
  • No attorney liens; personal injury cases accepted only with MedPay coverage

Why We Publish Our Pricing

Most integrative ophthalmology programs don’t publish their prices. You learn the cost after a screening call, an application process, and sometimes a formal intake. We don’t do that. The pricing above is what it is. You can decide whether it fits your situation before contacting us.

This program is supportive care and does not guarantee measurable improvement. Patients should maintain regular care with their ophthalmologist throughout the program. Individual results vary.
